Ghatan Antiques
The store was founded by my grandfather whose family traded for many years in the sale and purchase of oriental and middle eastern carpets, handicrafts, Judaica, silverware, copper utensils and other antiquities. My grandfather and his brother would predominantly travel to Persia (Iran), importing goods from there. They opened two stores in Israel – Two in the city of Jerusalem. We are continuing their legacy. Persian art is one of the richest culturally in global history best reflected by the Persian carpets.
