Cacao HaGalil
The original idea for goat milk chocolates came about as a way to help my nephew, who is lactose sensitive. Although, unable to consume milk, he found no issue with goat’s milk. With research, I discovered that goat’s milk is easier to digest, healthier and gives chocolate a creamier taste. Thus, Cacao HaGalil was born!
